Sophie is an AI assistant powered by Qwen. She is not a person. The interface identifies her as AI before the conversation starts and keeps that status visible during the chat. Her answers can contain mistakes.

A visitor can leave the chat and contact a person through WhatsApp, email, phone, or the consultation route. Do not send sensitive information or rely on Sophie for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes advice.

AI-assisted editorial production

AI may help organize research, compare drafts, improve wording, or support an English to Spanish translation. Francisco or another identified human editor checks the evidence, meaning, links, figures, and final position before publication. A clean automated test does not replace that review.

The editorial record captures the reviewer, review date, source checks, level of AI assistance, and any disclosure decision. If AI changes approved content, the affected version must be reviewed again.

Article 50 review

The EU AI Act sets transparency duties for certain AI interaction and generated or manipulated content. For text published to inform the public about matters of public interest, SEOFrancisco records human review and editorial responsibility. A visible notice is added when applicable law requires one or when the context could otherwise mislead a reader.

This assessment is separate from privacy consent. The Privacy Policy covers personal information and cookies. The Editorial Policy covers sources, corrections, and human approval.

Images

Realistic synthetic likenesses

SEOFrancisco uses approved likeness references when an AI-generated image depicts Francisco. A realistic synthetic image receives a visible caption when a reasonable viewer could mistake it for a photograph of a real event or setting. Metadata and content credentials are preserved when the production tool provides them and the publishing process supports them.

Diagrams, data graphics, interface illustrations, and visibly stylized artwork are labelled when their context could create confusion. An ordinary accessibility alt description does not serve as the legal disclosure.

Video and voice

Avatar and synthetic audio notices

A video using Francisco's AI avatar or a synthetic version of his voice includes a visible notice near the player and in the media itself when required. The notice identifies the synthetic element and states that Francisco reviewed and approved the script. Platform-level altered-content settings are completed when the platform or applicable rule requires them.

Production tools may include HeyGen for an avatar, VoxCPM2 or another approved voice system, OpenArt or Higgsfield for visuals, and HyperFrames, Remotion, or DaVinci Resolve for editing. Tool use never proves that a claim or depiction is accurate, which is why the final media receives human review.

• AI-assisted public-interest text: a page-specific notice naming the use and the responsible human reviewer when a public disclosure is required.
